Vaco by Highspring seeks an Infrastructure Accounting Lead in San Francisco, CA. This hands-on role owns accounting for technology infrastructure costs, fixed assets, and related reporting, with a focus on scalable, automated processes in a high-growth environment.

The position collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to improve cost visibility, manage complex usage data, and ensure GAAP compliance. Hybrid work requires four days in office weekly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA preferred and US GAAP knowledge essential.
• Experience with fixed assets, capital expenditures, and complex cost environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own accounting for technology infrastructure costs, including usage-based services and hosting.
• Manage fixed asset accounting for infrastructure equipment and depreciation.
• Classify costs across cost of revenue, Opex, and capex.
• Streamline month-end close with journal entries and variance analysis.
• Build automated workflows to improve scalability and reporting visibility.
• Support ERP implementations affecting infrastructure costs and data flows.
