Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Logistics Specialist to support data center parts flow, inventory health, and processing of RMAs. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, data center teams and finance to ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and accurate billing.

Expect fast-paced operations, strict safety standards, and collaboration with cross‑functional peers to optimize the supply chain and maintain service levels for AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of logistics experience.
• 1+ year of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience.
• 1+ year of material forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry and resolving questions from peer organizations; reconcile invoices with AP.
• Manage shipment scheduling, packing/unpacking, and maintain inventory records.
