The role requires a High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience, and eligibility for US government clearances. Strong data analysis, MS Office, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• Must meet security eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret and HSPD-12 Clearances.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software, platforms, and workflow tools.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and multi-platform digital environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize priorities, and work independently.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience with federal or DoD contracting environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Shift Leads and operations to create weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance schedules and look-ahead.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules and track progress with metrics and reporting; address concerns with management.
• Track and report on metrics for corrective maintenance using data analysis to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Utilize Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint to export, analyze, and report CMMS information.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to highlight issues identified in the field or via data analysis.
• Evaluate processes and recommend workflow or policy improvements to management.
• Close process gaps to ensure timely completion of technical issues in the field and escalate as needed.
• Ensure complex work orders transition to the IDIQ program in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review work orders pending material; coordinate with procurement to deconflict updates and expedite orders.
• Provide timely client updates during internal and client meetings.
• Become proficient in InfraLink administration and train technicians on the system.
• Collect data related to critical outages, document findings, and format after-action reports for the Client.
• Relay InfraLink performance and concerns to QC Team and DPM.
