Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Systems Specialist to support data center projects by configuring InfraLink, maintaining WBS structures, and acting as a liaison between project teams and the InfraLink group. You will ensure standard work, schedules, and data are accurately managed on active data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science – preferably in an engineering-related discipline.
• 0+ years of experience in construction operations and/or design roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems including CMMS (e.g., Maximo), Work Order management, or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including large-scale data validation, cleanup, and transformation (pivot tables, macros, python scripts).
• Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau; ability to build and interpret complex reports.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate operational data into insights.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating requirements into system configurations or process improvements.
• Excellent documentation management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure the InfraLink System Hierarchy to represent project WBS levels.
• Provide day-to-day application support to project teams including data uploads and report generation.
• Configure project workflows and generate work packages per standards.
• Monitor Earned Value metrics and track schedule completion in near real-time.
• Synchronize schedule attributes between InfraLink and project master schedules; support updates.
• Analyze project schedules against published WBS and present updates at meetings.
