You will configure InfraLink, maintain WBS structures, and serve as the liaison between project teams and the InfraLink group, ensuring schedules and workflows stay aligned with project goals. The role emphasizes data management, reporting, and hands-on support for project operations. Candidates should have a foundation in construction operations or design, plus experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, preferably engineering
• 0+ years experience in construction operations or design roles
• Experience with enterprise systems (CMMS/ERP) and data workflows
• Advanced MS Excel functionality, data validation, and transformation
• Proficiency in BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) to build dashboards
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate requirements into system configurations
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfort presenting to project teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Apply WBS to represent Level 4-5 across project phases
• Collaborate with teams to map scope to standard workflows
• Identify non-standard scope and document management approaches
• Sequence system boundaries for each feature of work
• QC design uploads and ensure data alignment with WBS
