Job summary

Protomiq LLC seeks an experienced Director of IT Infrastructure & Security to lead the design, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of the company’s infrastructure across cloud, network, and core systems. You will own security, DR/BCP, and IaC practices while enabling rapid product development and AI-assisted tooling.

You will report to the CTO and drive SOC 2 readiness, vendor management, and a scalable platform that supports enterprise-grade reliability and performance for automotive

Qualifications

• 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps engineering with leadership
• Experience with cloud platforms and IaC tools
• Proven incident response and penetration testing experience
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO, and compliance controls
• Strong observability and SaaS production experience

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud strategy, architecture, and high availability
• Own security posture, incident response, and testing program
• Guide DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tooling integration
• Manage DBA, DevOps, and Desktop Support teams and vendors
