Job summary

Quandri is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to lead cloud infrastructure, devops, security, and compliance. You will be the technical expert evaluating Quandri as a vendor, mentor engineers, and hire/train talent to meet high standards.

You’ll drive a high-performing organization with ownership and clear communication. You will guide the team on SOC 2 compliance, security operations, and scalable architecture while collaborating with customers, engineering leaders, and executives to align with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 4+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 5+ years delivering mission critical software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure, devops/devex, security, and compliance teams.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud infra and security practices (SOC 2).
• Hire, coach, and mentor engineers; grow the team and their skills.
• Collaborate with customers and leadership to enable scalable, reliable growth.
• Maintain operational excellence and drive multi-quarter roadmaps.
