Job summary

You will set technical direction across infrastructure, SRE, and SecOps, lead a multi-region AWS and on‑prem estate, and drive guardrails for governance, risk, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Lead infrastructure, SRE, and SecOps teams including managers and senior technologists.
• Experience with multi-region AWS and on-prem deployments and disaster recovery.
• Security posture ownership in regulated environments, including audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coaching for teams spanning infrastructure, SRE, and SecOps.
• Own reliability strategy: SLOs, capacity planning, disaster recovery for multi-region operation.
• Drive security operations agenda: threat detection, vulnerability management, and audit readiness.
• Promote infrastructure-as-code, immutable deployments, and automated platform operations.
• Lead AI-enabled engineering practices, define operating expectations, and ensure safe scaling.
