Job summary

Ferrovial Construction, via its Webber subsidiary, seeks a Project Superintendent for a West Palm Beach infrastructure project. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure adherence to contract requirements, budgets, and schedules on heavy civil works.

The role demands 3–5 years of skilled-trade/engineering experience in roadway and bridge construction, with at least 1 year in leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of roadway, structure, and bridge construction methods and standards.
• Ability to lead and manage people on construction sites.
• Reading and interpreting roadway/bridge plans and contract specifications.
• Commitment to safety, environment, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zone Superintendents and ensure timely completion of site activities.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractor work with PM and QC.
• Inspect on-site work and verify contract compliance and quality.
