Qualifications

• 2 Years Required in Fraud, Risk, or Cybersecurity
• Experience with digital risk forensic tools, telephony and ANI risk detection
• Experience with online authentication, identification, registration, login, and transactional activity
• Experience with root cause analysis and alerting systems

Responsabilités

• Identifies and investigates fraudulent activity and anomalous behavior affecting external clients across channels
• Utilizes digital forensic tools and techniques to detect fraud indicators and preserve evidence
• Evaluates authentication events and deepfake detection tools to identify bypass attempts and social engineering
• Conducts research to determine root cause, attack patterns, and control gaps
• Performs root cause analysis and develops fraud prevention strategies including blocking rules and alerting logic
• Collaborates with technology, fraud operations, and product teams to test and implement new controls while ensuring compliance
