• Evaluate MFA, IVR, and deepfake detection to identify bypass attempts.
• Analyze source data to determine root causes and patterns.
• Develop fraud prevention strategies and blocking rules.
• Collaborate with tech, fraud ops, and product teams to test controls.
• Monitor fraud trends and threat landscape to protect accounts.
