Intuitive is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Information Security initiatives. This role drives large-scale programs from vision to completion, partnering with PMO to enhance processes, data integrity, and governance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, deliver executive dashboards, and ensure on-time, on-budget results. The ideal candidate excels in strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and tool proficiency (Office 365, Smartsheet, Anaplan, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Experience managing large information security initiatives and programs.
• Familiarity with PMO processes, governance, and metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to adapt to a structured planning and delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate regular project team meetings and action tracking.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deliverables.
• Plan and manage large Information Security initiatives from scope to completion.
• Build integrated dashboards from data sources like Smartsheet, Anaplan, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Produce crisp reports and dashboards for executives using internal tools and datasets.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Assist in deploying and maturing the IT project management tools ecosystem.
