Job summary

Diligente Technologies is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver InfoSec programs within budget, time, and scope in a fast-paced San Francisco environment.

You will drive delivery across Cloud & AI Security, Incident Defense, Threat & Vulnerability Management, IAM, Data Protection/DLP, and GRC, coordinating with stakeholders and teams while maintaining clear artifacts and status updates. Strong Jira/Confluence expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity program or project management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced expertise with Jira and Confluence (boards, dashboards, PI planning).
• Security fluency to frame analytical problems in InfoSec language.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, Security+, Scrum Master are a plus.
• Experience with AI tools for PM workflows, SAFe cadence, and regulated industries (financial services preferred) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Monitor and present project updates to stakeholders, clients, or project teams.
• Drive delivery of InfoSec projects across Cloud & AI Security, Incident Defense, Threat & Vulnerability, IAM, Data Protection/DLP, and GRC.
• Elicit/document requirements, define scope, and build stakeholder consensus.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, align resources, and manage risks/interdependencies.
• Produce artifacts: meeting notes, executive summaries, decision materials, status reports.
• Communicate effectively across InfoSec and cross-functional teams, escalating issues when needed.
