Job summary

CODAI Consults LLC seeks an experienced project lead with a strong Information Security background to own end-to-end project delivery. The role interfaces between business units and IT, coordinating across teams to ensure on-time and within-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in delivering complex initiatives, driving process specifications, and managing scope and expectations with senior stakeholders. A hands-on, independent work style is essential.

Qualifications

• Information Security/Cyber Security background is required.
• At least 9+ years of experience in development and implementation of assigned projects and serving as single point of contact.
• At least 9+ years of experience in taking projects from concept through final implementation, interfacing with end users, IT, and client services.
• At least 6+ years of experience in defining project scope and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between a specific business/functional area and IT partners.
• Represent the organization as the principal customer contact for projects and change initiatives.
• Interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters requiring coordination across teams.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
