Job summary

SOSi seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam in Honolulu. You will architect and maintain robust security frameworks safeguarding DoD networks, collaborating with customers, partners, and stakeholders to implement critical security controls.

Role requires strong RMF knowledge, eMASS management, and compliance with STIGs; active SECRET clearance is required, with TOP SECRET/SCI preferred.

Qualifications

• Active in-scope SECRET clearance.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering OR equivalent certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, FITSP-M, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, GSLC).
• Ten (10) years of cybersecurity/IA/RMF experience.
• Knowledge of CSfC and Cross Domain Solutions.
• Strong understanding of NIST 800-53r5 and RMF.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating an information system security program and policies.
• Maintain secure systems for classified processing and manage security auditing.
• Develop and supervise security guidelines and policies.
• Manage eMASS packages and security authorizations.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and reviews of information system security.
