Job summary

SOSi is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to lead security for mission-critical IT operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Honolulu. You will own the RMF lifecycle, identify vulnerabilities, and implement robust security controls, shaping C2 strategies in a high-stakes DoD environment.

The role requires DoD protocol fluency, exceptional communication, and the ability to deliver executive-level insights with clarity and precision.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Six years of experience in cybersecurity, IA, systems engineering, or RMF.
• Thorough understanding of RMF, NIST 800-53r5, EO 14028, and M-22-09.

Responsibilities

• Assist ISSM in developing and maintaining an information security program and policies.
• Secure systems for classified processing and manage security auditing.
• Develop and supervise information systems security guidelines and policies.
• Manage eMASS packages and security authorizations.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and reviews of information system security.
