Job summary

SOSi seeks an Information Systems Security Manager to lead cyber defense efforts at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam in Honolulu. Qualifications

• DoD 8140 DCWF 722 Advanced information systems security manager requirements.
• Ten (10) years of cybersecurity, information assurance, RMF activities experience.
• Knowledge of CSfC solution and Cross Domain Solutions.
• Understanding of NIST 800-53r5, RMF, EO 14028, M-22-09.
• Experience with eMASS.
• Strong communication across groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the information security program and policies for assigned areas.
• Secure classified processing systems and manage security audits.
• Develop and supervise security guidelines and policies.
• Manage eMASS packages and security authorizations.
• Coordinate security inspections, tests, and reviews.
• Contribute expertise to incident response and asset protection.
• Support patch and vulnerability management work with ACAS.
• Maintain STIG reviews and quarterly updates.
• Ensure CM policies for hardware/software authorization.
• Engage external stakeholders to coordinate interconnections.
• Maintain knowledge of security safeguards and monitoring plans.
• Document vulnerabilities and POA&Ms for AO/DAO reporting.
