Union Bank seeks an Information Security & Governance Associate to support security, data governance, and risk programs. You will help administer daily operations, analyze controls, document procedures, and coordinate cross-functionally.

The role serves as backup to the Information Security Officer in a collaborative community bank setting. The position may offer hybrid work and opportunities to advance in risk management, data protection, and AI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in information security, risk, governance, or compliance preferred.
• Banking or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support information security, governance, and risk programs.
• Assist with data protection, classification, and DLP controls.
• Coordinate across teams and document processes; act as backup to ISO.
