• Identify complex issues and escalate to Tier 2 support.
• Maintain, update, and manage the technical and content aspects of the website, ensuring functionality and security.
• Serve as System Administrator for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
• From time-to-time serve as project manager/vendor interface for technology infrastructure upgrades.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Serve as the first-line responder for incidents and service requests related to core technology infrastructure.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing portals


• Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Windows 10-11/macOS issues, Microsoft 365 problems, Google Environment, and network connectivity


• Administrative Tasks: Handle password resets, MFA setup, and basic account verification
