Pampa Regional Medical Center LLC in Pampa, TX is seeking an Information Technology Technician (IT Tech) to provide day-to-day user support across desktop devices and software. The role is entry-level, with an 8:00am–5:00pm shift, Monday–Friday, in the Data Processing department.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in IT/CS or related field; certifications are a plus. This full-time position emphasizes troubleshooting, device maintenance, and collaboration with the IT team to keep systems

Qualifications

• Associates degree encouraged if no prior experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS preferred.
• High school diploma required or equivalent for earlier hires (before 9/2026).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar are helpful.
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus; understanding hospital operations is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Overview

We are seeking an Information Technology Technician (IT Tech / IT Technician) sometimes referred to as an IT Support Technician, Desktop Support Technician or IT Help Desk Technician. The IT Technician provides day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, software, and end-user devices throughout the organization. This position troubleshoots technology issues, maintains reliable equipment, and supports staff and clinicians to help ensure technology operates efficiently.

Shifts Available: Days (Monday thru Friday)

Employment Type: Full Time (No weekends or holidays)

Hours: 8 hour – 8:00am to 5:00pm

Department: Data Processing

Location: Pampa Regional Medical Center – Pampa, TX

Responsibilities
