Brooklyn Community Services is seeking an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot computer, network, and printer issues across multiple Brooklyn offices. You will assist staff with computers, networks, and email, ensuring timely help-desk resolutions.
The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, Windows environment experience, and willingness to travel to sites as needed. A+ is a plus and qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
Locations: 151 Lawrence Street, Brooklyn, NY
Hours: Full-time Monday - Friday 35 hours per week
Salary: $50,000 - $50,000

Work closely with the IT Director on various projects. Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software, printers, and network related problems throughout the agency. This position requires taking the initiative and being able to perform well under the pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred
Strong Interpersonal And Customer Service Skills Required.
Experience in Windows environment required.
Proficient with computer hardware and software including (But not limited to) Windows Server 2012, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2016 and better, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP servers, VOIP, Backup Systems, Cisco Meraki.
A+ Certification is a plus.
