Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute device identification and tagging and barcode scanning.
• Validate inventory against inventory systems and maintain logs.
• Validate device readiness for Technical Dress Rehearsal and Go-Live.
• Coordinate with field services teams, deployment teams, PMO and site leadership.

Project Overview

• 4-5 months, on-site Epic implementation support project
• Focused on Epic Beaker Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR)
• Supporting device readiness & script testing across hospital, labs, and clinic environments
• Ensuring all endpoint devices are accurately tracked, labeled, and deployment-ready

Location

• Houston, TX (local candidates only)
• Must be able to work fully onsite across multiple facilities

Role Summary

Support Epic Beaker TDR activities, including system testing, validation, and workflow troubleshooting. Maintain and monitor laboratory instrument integrations and interfaces. Investigate and resolve Epic Beaker application, device, and workflow issues ahead of Technical Dress Rehearsal and Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience

5+ years of experience in:

• Familiarity with:

• Barcode/RFID tracking tools

Preferred Experience

• Prior Epic implementation experience

Exposure to

• Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal workflows
• Device deployment for clinical applications (Beaker, EMR, lab systems)
• Experience working in multi-site healthcare systems
