Job summary

Cierti in Miami is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own and optimize the internal IT environment, ensuring the team has the tools, support, and security needed to succeed.

This role is more than a typical helpdesk; you will be the go‑to technology expert responsible for ongoing uptime, security controls, and documentation across macOS, Windows, and cloud services. You will manage onboarding, MDM tooling, and vendor relationships to continually improve IT processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support, helpdesk or systems administration experience.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as JumpCloud, Jamf or Intune.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and device management.
• Understanding of SSO and MFA.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

For the first time after growing their business, we are now looking for an IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of a fast moving tech business and their internal IT environment. The key point is that you will be ensuring that the whole company have the tools, support, and security they need to succeed in their roles.

This is more than a traditional support role, as you will become the go-to technology expert responsible for keeping their systems running smoothly while helping maintain a strong security and compliance view.

Responsibilities

Prior experience

• 2-4 years of IT support, helpdesk or systems administration experience
• Experience with MDM platforms such as JumpCloud, Jamf or Intune
• Knowledge of endpoint security and device management
• Understanding of SSO and MFA
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Super beneficial to know

• SOC 2 or ISO27001 exposure
• EDR / Endpoint Security tools
• Networking knowledge
• Basic Bash or Python scripting
• Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
