• Knowledge and experience managing Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 and above, SQL Server, and network services (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Teams Calling, and Google Cloud technologies.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency officials, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to coordinate activities of lower-level technical staff.
• Ability to write scripts.
