Job Title: IT Support Technician

We’re seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team, providing both hands-on and remote technical support to employees. This on-site role in Dallas, TX involves troubleshooting and resolving issues across hardware, software, and network systems. You will be the primary support contact for end-users, ensuring a smooth IT experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for desktop and mobile devices, including laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including break/fix repairs.
3. Support network connectivity, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, wireless networks, and VPN access.
4. Assist with printer, scanner, copier, and plotter support.
5. Offer end-user support for applications, tools, and the MS Office Suite.
6. Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions.
7. Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on follow-through and resolution.
8. Support engineering-related software and platforms, emphasizing technical applications.
9. Experience with AutoCAD and GIS is highly advantageous.
10. Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is beneficial.
