The candidate will handle escalated incidents, perform equipment installations, and collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure smooth business operations.

You will be responsible for resolving escalations, installing hardware, and ensuring IT stability.

Formación

• 2-5 years of field support or IT technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop troubleshooting, and hardware.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Boise, Idaho, on a 9x5 schedule.
