Who You Are

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

Core Duties

  • Prepare report for Smart pay daily to upload fees such as appraisal fee, condominium questionnaire fee and translations fee for borrower’s payment.
  • Download and log in receipt of Smart pay fees received daily.
  • Prepare Compliance reports such as Red Flags,
  • Prepare Daily Pipeline report daily – update closing dates in Encompass.
  • Provide Broker package to new brokers
  • Review of the accuracy of broker documents received for Broker Onboarding
  • Complete due diligence and submit Broker package for BSA approval
  • Set up credentials for Broker Onboarding
  • Annual Review of Brokers
  • Complete due diligence and submit Appraiser package for BSA approval
  • Send 2 samples of Appraisal reports for review to the Appraisal reviewer
  • Upon receipt of Appraisal review indicating “Accept as is "onboard Appraiser
  • Annual review of Appraisers
  • Submit file to BSA for approval.
  • Lastly, obtain signature on Confidentiality Agreements and Broker Agreement from CLO.
  • Assist the Lending department with events.
  • Assist with Special projects as assigned.
  • Upon learning the different tasks and projects, continue to assign/train with additional job duties.
