Information Technology Support Specialist is a hands-on opportunity that will equip individuals with essential knowledge and practical experience for in-demand entry-level technical roles, including:

• IT Support fundamentals – Understand basic IT infrastructure, configuration, and managing systems and devices.
• Computer Hardware and Operating Systems – Identify hardware components, disassemble and assemble. Configure device operating systems and support PC, mobile, and IoT device hardware.
• IT Support Practices and Technologies – Learn to troubleshoot hardware and software problems on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, and a variety of other devices.
• Industry certifications – Earn credentials that enhance employability (CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support Professional Certificate).

• Start Date: July 28th
• Location: Accessible by Go METRO bus lines and located in Downtown Cincinnati at CityLink Center, and in Northern Kentucky at Kentucky Career Center (Covington).
