Our Data Analytics Support Specialists are at the heart of what we do at Lodestar. These team members are often the first point of contact for clients who are in need of support. The role of Data Analytics Support Specialist is exciting and fast-paced, with all client support needs being routed through this role!

Salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 USD ($54,000 to $60,000 CAD).

The position is fully remote and open to both US and Canadian applicants.

A day in the life of a Data Analytics Support Specialist:

  • Complete intake process for all incoming client tickets
    • Monitor ticket queue
    • Assign levels and types to incoming tickets
    • Claim and complete Level I tickets
    • Route tickets as appropriate
  • Work tickets in your own queue related to:
    • General questions from clients
    • Basic report requests
    • Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) functionality
    • OAS sign-in issues
    • Client Portal questions
  • Handle recurring tasks relative to support operations
    • Example: Weekly reports (internal and external)
  • Participate on project teams as required
  • Create document drafts as required
  • Interact with cross-functional team members in both a professional and personal capacity

You should have:

  • Financial services experience and/or software support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Associates or higher in Business or Computer Science preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and understanding of data
  • High aptitude and/or experience with customer service
  • A growth mindset

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Oracle Analytics software stack
  • Data visualization
  • PL/SQL and/or MSSQL
  • Fiserv DNA and/or other banking core processor platforms
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
