Job summary

Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company is seeking a self-disciplined IT Support Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role combines on-site collaboration (3 days per week) with remote work on other days, addressing user IT needs, and ensuring stable systems across cloud and on-premises environments.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage accounts, and support Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, and Office 365 while interacting with various stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Environment.
• Knowledge of Mac OS.
• Experience with Exchange Server.
• Understanding of VoIP Phone Systems and SIP Trunks.

Responsibilities

• Work at the Phoenix office 3 days per week and additional as needed.
• Provide support to users and act as the first point of contact for problem resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.
• Establish good relationships with all clients and colleagues.
• Manage technical documentation.
• Create, add, and modify user accounts and services across various cloud platforms.
• Assist users over the phone, in-person, and remotely using multiple platforms.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, EndPoints, email filters, backups, phone systems, mobile devices, and other IT-related software.
• Understand virtual desktop environments and remote desktop technology.
• Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and other related devices.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Position: IT Support Specialist

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Role Overview:

Ategrity is seeking a self-disciplined and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. This role involves being the primary point of contact for all IT-related questions at the user level, addressing user needs promptly, and ensuring the optimal functioning of all systems. You will work 3 days in our Phoenix office and additional if needed. The remaining days will be remote.

You are expected to display good interpersonal skills as you will interact with clients from various departments and all executive levels. You are to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems and implement effective solutions.

• Previous experience working for an insurance provider is a plus.
