Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician responsible for resolving technical issues, implementing infrastructure upgrades, and supporting end-users in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This onsite position is based in Westchester County, NY.

IT Support Technician Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to internal teams and clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows servers, Office 365, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
• Participate in project planning and execution, including workstation deployments, server migrations, and system rollouts.
