Required Qualifications
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests from end-users in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing clear and concise instructions for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems to higher support tiers as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Conduct training sessions to empower end-users and enhance their technical skills.
- Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Assist in basic cloud maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic Linux server administration and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Help create technical documentation and manuals for end-users.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in Tier 1 and 2 support within an IT environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
