Our partner operates physical print production facilities where employees rely on computers, printers, applications, network connectivity, and other technology to keep daily operations moving. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to serve as the onsite technical owner when issues arise and provide hands‑on support across the facility.
This role goes beyond traditional help desk support. The IT Support Engineer will troubleshoot Windows endpoints, hardware, Active Directory, Group Policy, applications, and connectivity issues, working through problems methodically to determine the root cause before resolving them or engaging the appropriate technical team.
The ideal candidate is curious, independent, and comfortable working directly with both users and physical equipment. They can troubleshoot beyond the obvious, communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical employees, and know when to continue investigating versus when to escalate with enough technical detail for another team to take action.
