In this unique role, you’ll help train AI models to better understand real-world IT operations, enterprise workflows, and how organizations manage technical infrastructure and teams. What You’ll Do

• Leverage your experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to create realistic technical prompts and enterprise workflows
• Design training data that simulates IT service management scenarios, from ticket escalations to system outages and cross-departmental collaboration
• Help AI models understand technical language, intent, business priorities, and risk mitigation in corporate IT contexts
• Ensure content reflects real-world practices, accuracy, governance standards, and scalability concerns

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Manager, Systems Manager, or in a leadership role involving tech infrastructure, security, or operations
• Strong familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, AWS, Azure, etc.) and incident response frameworks
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience training or mentoring technical teams is a plus
• Detail-oriented and capable of writing clearly about complex systems
