Responsibilities include:

1. “Break Fix” support: Diagnose and repair hardware/software onsite by replacing faulty components or configuring replacements.
2. Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware issues and requirements.
3. “IMAC” support: Install, Move, Add, Change of IT equipment, including configuration, installation, moving, upgrading, and de-installation.
4. Provide “Desk Side Support”: Physical assistance at end-user desks for IT issues.
5. Manage incidents for endpoint devices: Laptops, desktops, mobiles, monitors, printers.
6. Support video conferencing equipment and rooms, coordinating with resolver teams/OEMs.
7. Coordinate with OEMs on hardware/software issues.
8. Perform advanced troubleshooting on technology and applications for all endpoints.
9. Deploy and configure new hire equipment manually or using automated tools.
10. Deploy and troubleshoot Windows and Mac workstations using tools like Autopilots, Microsoft Intune, JAMF.
11. Hardware and software provisioning (check-in/check-out).
12. Coordinate with IT teams to meet SLAs and deliver customer service.
13. Explain technical solutions to non-technical users clearly.
14. Occasional physical movement of IT gear within the site (less than 4 hours per month).
15. Reimage and update assets of leaver equipment and update asset management systems/CMDB.
