Job description

We Are Hiring
  • Department: AP Digital Virtual Care
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday
  • Location: Remote
What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension Technologies, you will work with Virtual Care Business Partners to translate business requirements into product solutions.

Minimum Requirements
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and support of virtual care and language services products within an agile team.
  • Create agile stories to meet business partner expectations and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with virtual care partners to ensure products and workflows meet requirements.
  • Escalate barriers or concerns impacting timelines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot business issues and virtual care equipment independently, identifying patterns and solutions.
  • Provide clear instructions to onsite and remote partners on troubleshooting processes.
  • Have a basic understanding of networking, hardware/software evaluation, systems management, client/server architecture, IT security, video conferencing peripherals, and operation of PC, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Understand and meet business partner expectations with prompt customer service.
  • Build productive networks within internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Respond effectively to user problems through active listening and clarification.
  • Analyze events and apply technical knowledge per established procedures.
  • Document processes clearly and concisely according to standards.
  • Share knowledge within the team.
  • Participate in rotating 24/7/365 on-call support.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Virtual Care and Language Services platforms such as Zoom, Tytocare, Language Line.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills, with ability to explain complex tech concepts.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum is desirable but not required.
  • Experience facilitating integrations (HL-7 and API).
What You Will Need

Education: High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience.
