In this role, you’ll be the trusted technical resource for employees across the business—resolving day-to-day issues while helping maintain secure, reliable systems, networks, and communications technology.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide responsive technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, email, and phone-related issues.
  • Set up, install, and support Windows PCs, peripheral equipment, printers, and user applications.
  • Administer user accounts, email access, and out-of-office responses.
  • Help monitor network infrastructure, system performance, and backup processes in alignment with disaster recovery plans.
  • Support Windows and Windows Server environments.
  • Assist with administration of EDI systems, PBX phone systems, voicemail, and call-accounting platforms.
  • Maintain technology documentation, procedure manuals, and records for critical servers and network components.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of IT standards, policies, and procedures related to data integrity, cybersecurity, legal, and regulatory compliance.
  • Create and maintain user-facing documentation and training materials.
  • Coordinate copier and printer maintenance, including toner replacement, supply ordering, and vendor service requests.
  • Partner closely with IT leadership on projects and a variety of technology initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, PCs, printers, email, networking, and user-access issues.
  • Comfort working with Windows Server, backups, network monitoring, and common business technology platforms.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to nontechnical users.
  • Organized documentation habits and the ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with internal teams, vendors, and IT leadership.
Nice-to-Have Skills

While not required, the following experience would be highly valued and may help you stand out:

  • Experience providing support in Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, including user identity, access management, and account administration.
