The Opportunity

Join CACI as a full-time IT Support Associate in Albuquerque, NM, where you'll play a crucial role in providing Tier I/II help desk and admin support. This position offers a dynamic environment for a self-motivated professional to grow their IT career while contributing to essential operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Windows 10/11 desktops, Office 365, and Teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Manage IT infrastructure, including system monitoring and performance optimization
• Lead and support new infrastructure projects
• Perform software loading, updates, and system diagnostics
• Assist with cloud-based services, email, printers, and VPN
• Document all interactions in the help desk ticketing system
• Conduct technical onboarding for new employees
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation
• Occasional travel to support other offices
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• An active DoD Top Secret clearance
• 1-5 years of experience in IT support
• Proficiency in Windows desktop operating systems and Office 365
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and VPN
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
• Adaptability to changing business needs
• Security+, A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
• Willingness to work in a team or independently
• Commitment to developing high-quality relationships with users
