This full-time on-site role focuses on diagnosing and resolving user issues, configuring lab and classroom tech, and delivering professional, clear communication to students, faculty, and staff.
Primary on-site duties with limited telework possible; the position requires teamwork, reliability, and a customer-service mindset to maintain high uptime and support

Through strong partnerships, responsible stewardship, and a service-focused Information Systems model, OIT supports teaching, learning, student success, institutional operations, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across both colleges.
The Service Desk Specialist will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve technology support tickets in-person and remotely as well as ensure technology is properly set up in labs and classrooms. The position requires the use of proper communication techniques in a team format and also in a one-on-one setting with students, faculty, and staff.
