Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking an IT Security Project Manager for a San Jose, CA engagement to lead enterprise IAM initiatives focused on Okta. The role combines hands-on delivery with cross-team leadership, spanning security, infrastructure, applications and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technical project management and proven IAM project delivery, with deep Okta experience and familiarity with SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management.

IT Security Project Manager | San Jose, CA | 6 month contract-to-hire | $60-$70p/h

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise identity and access management initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Okta and IAM. This is a hands-on delivery role working across security, infrastructure, applications and business teams to drive complex identity projects from planning through implementation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end IAM and identity transformation projects
• Manage Okta implementations, migrations and integrations
• Coordinate application onboarding into Okta

Looking for:

Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, SCIM, SAML or OAuth is a plus.
