Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Contract Length: 18 Months (Potential for Extension)

**Project Overview:

Join a major SAP transformation initiative** for a leading oil & gas company. This role will lead the migration from an on-premise SAP environment to SAP S/4HANA via SAP RISE (cloud-hosted). The project includes full system redesign, integration updates, and the decommissioning of SAP BW. You’ll work closely with PwC (system integrator) and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration project.

• Coordinate with PwC consultants and internal teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation.

• Oversee the decommissioning of SAP BW and integration of new reporting solutions.

• Ensure all existing integrations are reviewed, updated, and validated for the new environment.

• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Support deployment, training, and change management efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and SAP RISE (cloud-hosted) environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP BW, reporting tools, and integration strategies.

• Experience managing large, cross-functional project teams.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Prism (WorkOtter).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Oil & gas industry experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with PwC or other major system integrators.

Compensation:

$65/hr to $70/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
