Our direct end-client a large R&D focused global pharma client is seeking to hire for the position of Clinical Supplies Project Manager.

Job Title: Clinical Supplies Project Manager

Location : Remote (EST)

Duration: 6-12 months plus (possible long term)

Pay rate: $80/HR - $100/HR (negotiable)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with extensive experience managing GxP-compliant project. The ideal candidate will excel in handling multiple workstreams, collaborating with different stakeholders, and managing budgets. The candidate should be able to oversee multiple projects, drive day to day delivery, track budget, and remove any roadblocks on the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple GxP-compliant projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee vendor selection, qualification, and management, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GxP regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership, including steering committees.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project reviews to drive alignment and execution.
  • Oversee multiple projects, sometimes at a small program level, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by filling in as appropriate to support project needs.

Functional Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing GxP-compliant projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) and tools.
  • Excellent budget management skills, with experience tracking expenditures and providing financial updates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes at a small program level.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) Framework and ability to manage JIRA backlog, Confluence, QTest, etc.
  • Experience with GxP-compliant systems and validation processes.
  • Knowledge of electronic documentation and record-keeping practices for GxP compliance.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change management processes.

GxP/Pharma Experience : Required

Project Methodology: Agile & Waterfall

Level: Advanced (8+ years)
