Our client is a regulated organization serving nearly half a million customers in New York State. They are looking for an IT Program Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving successful outcomes through collaboration with key stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in Dutchess County, NY.

IT Program Manager’s Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee technology programs aligned with company strategy.
• Manage program roadmaps, tracking dependencies, milestones, and deadlines.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance program strategy and maturity.
• Guide third-party vendor relationships, including SOWs, RFPs, and contract management.

IT Program Manager’s Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years of program management experience, or an associate’s degree with at least 5 years of experience. High school diploma with at least 7 years of experience will be considered.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and program management principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
