Job summary

California Child Support Services in Sacramento County is seeking a Unix Administration Manager (ITM I) to lead the SA2 Section within the Technology Services Division. The role reports to the IOB Chief and oversees systems engineering services including identity management, storage, architecture, and integration.

The position is permanent, full-time with hybrid telework. Salary range is $9,387.00 to $12,579.00 per month, with new-to-state hires starting at the minimum of the classification or

Responsibilities

  • This is the managerial level. Under general direction and policy direction of the Infrastructure and Operations Branch (IOB) Chief, Information Technology Manager II (ITM II), the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I) serves as manager of the Systems Administration 2 (SA2) Section, IOB, within Technology Services Division (TSD).
  • The ITM I manages staff participation in and oversight of systems engineering services in support of identity management, storage, system architecture, systems administration, systems integration, and visualization.
