Job summary

A large law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT operations on site. The role requires excellent communication, data migration and API experience, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

You will train staff, deploy and monitor endpoint security, troubleshoot incidents across software, hardware, and networks, and be available on-call after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Will help train new staff on all applications, IT systems & security.
• Deploy/monitor endpoint security solutions.

• Available for on-call after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

Our client is a large Law Firm in Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks Area) that is looking to hire a talented IT Manager. They have an excellent culture and do a great job at retaining their staff long-term. This person MUST live in LA and be willing to be on site!!

• Deploy/monitor endpoint security solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex incidents associated with end user applications, including but not limited to software, hardware, desktop computing, mobile technologies, password assistance, internet, network & remote connectivity, telecom & printer related incidents
• Available for on-call to support the business after hours and on weekends
• Salary likely to be $100-$110k base + bonus, benefits, PTO, etc
