Job summary

A large law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT operations on site. The role requires excellent communication, data migration and API experience, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

You will train staff, deploy and monitor endpoint security, troubleshoot incidents across software, hardware, and networks, and be available on-call after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have experience with data migration and APIs.
• Must have experience with SQL.
• Must have experience with a cloud product (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Will help train new staff on all applications, IT systems & security.
• Deploy/monitor endpoint security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across end-user apps, including software, hardware, networking, and telecom.
• Available for on-call after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for a law firm on-site in Los Angeles.
