Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT leadership, systems administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, servers, networking, and security.
• Experience managing IT staff or leading technical teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical staff.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location environments preferred.
• College degree and certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Department across multiple locations and corporate office.
• Oversee networking infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, access points, VPN, POS connectivity).
• Manage servers, operating systems, software deployments, updates, and patching.
• Oversee internal applications, databases, and business systems.
• Ensure uptime and reliability across all stores and corporate systems.
• Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and maintain security standards.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Retail, and Finance to support business needs.
• Develop IT procedures, documentation, and department structure.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and purchasing.
• Train staff and support user adoption of new systems.

We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Manager to lead all technology operations across multiple retail locations and our corporate office. This role oversees both network infrastructure and internal software systems, ensuring our stores, registers, servers, and business applications run smoothly every day. About the Role

The IT Manager is responsible for the performance, reliability, and security of the company’s entire technology environment. This includes supervising IT staff, managing vendors, overseeing networking and systems administration, and supporting store operations across Ohio and North Carolina.

You’ll lead the department, set priorities, build structure, and ensure our technology supports business growth.
