Role Description

The Information Technology Intern will support day-to-day IT operations within Synergy Health 360. This internship role is based in Scottsdale, AZ, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with network monitoring and maintenance, helping troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clinical and administrative staff, and supporting basic network security practices under the guidance of senior IT team members. The intern will also help document IT procedures, respond to internal service requests, and provide user support for telehealth and office systems to ensure smooth technology performance across locations.
