Range of the Position/ Grade:$15.00-$30.00/ hour / Grade 125
FLSA Status: Non-exempt – Part Time (no more than 19 hours per week on average)
Schedule: Required to work a regular, pre-defined schedule, at least three consecutive weekdays, and provide advanced notice of any time off requests. All hours worked would be during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.
The IT Intern will assist the Village's IT department with various projects, including imaging and deploying computers, assisting with in-place upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11, assisting with Office 365 application upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and supporting service desk ticket resolutions across multiple Village departments. The position offers exposure to a range of technologies, with opportunities to contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and work with systems used by public safety and other departments.
