Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certified to teach CCNA curriculum courses in Cisco Networking Academy.
• Skills/experience/credentials in network management and security along with hardware/software support and other Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Carry a teaching load of 18 contact hours during fall and spring semesters.
• Facilitate classes in in-person, online, or hybrid formats.
• Post and maintain office hours each semester.
• Create syllabi that meet Faculty Syllabus Checklist requirements.
• Develop, administer, and assess meaningful assignments aligned with outcomes and College plan.
• Communicate with division chair during illness or emergencies.
• Provide learning activities to promote critical thinking.
• Adhere to college policies and safeguard equipment.
